About Norco Co-Operative

Norco is a farmer-owned dairy co-operative with a rich heritage of supporting its shareholders—dairy farmers across Australia. In recent years, Norco established a dedicated Continuous Improvement (CI) Team to drive efficiency, unlock operational benefits, and deliver increased value back to its shareholders.

The Challenge

As Norco’s CI program expanded beyond its initial two sites, managing project tracking and reporting became increasingly complex. The team relied on Excel spreadsheets and basic web-based reporting tools, which worked well in the early stages but quickly reached their limits.

The Solution
