Adaptive Pace Pty Ltd
Effective date: 20 July 2026 · Last updated: 20 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Adaptive Pace Pty Ltd ("Adaptive Pace", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information in connection with the software applications, integrations and services we provide (each an "App"). Our Apps connect the platforms and accounts you choose — for example a work-management platform, an accounting platform, or another business service — and move data between them as you direct.
Our role under data protection law depends on the data in question.
The specific information an App processes depends on which App you use, the features you enable, and the permissions you grant when you connect it. In general, it falls into these categories:
Each App requests only the permissions its features need, and no more. You review and grant these permissions when you connect an account, through that platform's own authorisation process, and you can withdraw them at any time by disconnecting the App. A per-permission explanation for any App is available on request.
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR / UK GDPR) |

| Providing an App's core function as you configure or authorise it | Processing on your documented instructions (Art. 28); performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) where an App relies on it |
| Authenticating requests and enforcing access controls | Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): securing the service |
| Providing support, maintaining reliability, debugging | Legitimate interests; performance of contract |
| Managing subscriptions/billing and required communications | Performance of contract (Art. 6(1)(b)); legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) |
| Complying with law and enforcing our terms | Legal obligation; legitimate interests |
We do not sell personal information. We disclose data only to the following categories of recipients:
A current list of sub-processors for any App is available on request.
Our Apps and their data may be hosted and processed outside your country, and accessed by us from Australia. Where personal data is transferred out of the EEA, the UK, or other regions with transfer restrictions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum) and, where relevant, the transfer mechanisms offered by the platforms an App integrates with. A copy of the relevant safeguards is available on request.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or de-identify it.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we protect your information using reasonable, industry-standard measures.
Subject to conditions, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
California residents may have the right to know, access, correct and delete personal information, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing". We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Australian individuals may request access to and correction of their personal information and may complain about how we handle it. Unresolved complaints may be referred to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Where an App processes data on your behalf and the underlying data belongs to another person, we may refer that person's request to you as the controller or assist you in responding. To exercise any right, contact us at support@adaptivepace.com. We will verify the request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Our Apps are business tools. They are not directed to children and are not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Our Apps do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any limited browser storage an App uses is solely to improve in-product performance. The third-party platforms our Apps integrate with have their own privacy and cookie policies governing their websites and services.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
